Drain Shelves fits neatly in the bottom of your pan, easily separating fallen product and shake from larger product. The finger notch allows you to place it and remove it quickly, to keep product elevated, preserving consistency and quality. Drain shelves provide ample air flow and are recommended in curing applications.
