Camshelving® Ultimate Z-Rack
Description
The Camshelving Ultimate Z-Rack is a whole new way to think about sheet pan transport. Built on three reinforced solid post connector frames, composite L-rails, and Cambro-made casters, it’s engineered to outlast and outperform traditional speed racks. Rust and corrosion resistant throughout, the casters glide quietly across any kitchen floor with a dual-lock brake that secures both wheel and swivel when the rack needs to stay put. When service ends, the Z-shaped frame nests multiple racks together, reclaiming up to 34% of valuable floor space without any extra effort.
- Full size with 1.5” (3,8 cm) rail spacing option holds up to 35 each 18 x 26 or 70 each 13 x 18 sheet pans/trays.
- Heat-resistant rails accept hot pans up to 400°F (204°C).
- Fully modular – replace any component on the spot, no welding, no repair bills, no full unit replacement. Shelving for life.
- Ships knocked down – easy to transport, quick to assemble.
