Elements® Series Shelf Traverses
Summary
Use Elements Series Shelf Traverses to add an open shelf for divider bars or drying racks. Add single traverses onto back posts for extra support when placing stationary or rolling equipment under the first shelf. Add an extra traverse when installing a single row of can racks on an existing unit. These are part of a modular system allowing operators to quickly add, adjust and create custom shelving as needs change. Employ optional shelf divider bars on staggered traverses to create unique prep stations, with angled or straight bars holding pans or food boxes. Elements Series holds up to 800 lbs. (362,9 kg) per shelf and traverses can be safely run through commercial dishwashers. Hold up to the toughest demands in food service with Elements Series, truly shelving for life.
