Use Basics Plus Series Shelf Traverses to add an open shelf for divider bars or drying racks. Add single traverses onto back posts for extra support when placing stationary or rolling equipment under the first shelf. Add an extra traverse when installing a single row of can racks on an existing unit. Remove only the traverses needed for cleanup or reconfiguration, a modular system allowing operators to quickly create custom shelving. Store rolling equipment beneath a high shelf one month and rearrange for additional rows of shelf storage the next. Employ optional divider bars on staggered traverses to create unique prep stations, with angled or straight rows holding pans or food boxes. Basics Plus Series holds up to 700 lbs.
