The Pro Cart Ultra Pan Carriers provide the ability to hold both hot and cold food in the same cart, at the same time. Constructed with CFC-free, polyurethane insulation, the Pro Cart Ultra is durable and able to retain hot or cold temperatures for at least 4 hours for without electricity. The non-electric Pro Cart Ultra is cost-effective and ideal for short term holding and transport.
- Ergonomic, molded in handles and strong casters for easy maneuvering
- PCU800 and PCU1000: 6” nylon casters
- PCU2000: 6” heavy duty casters
- 2 total locking casters and 2 no-lock pin casters
- Nylon, paddle-style latches
