Overview
The UPC300 is NSF Listed and conveniently stacks with 1318CC, 300MPC and 1318MTC pan carriers. To increase temperature retention, we suggest using a Camchiller or Camwarmer. Designed with a fully removable, gasketless door, the Combo Carrier is easy to clean and dishwasher safe. A specific labeling area is included on the door of the UPC300 to add routing and content information.
