Summary
The Pro Cart Ultra is the ultimate in food transport carts! In this easy to maneuver, compact cart, hot food stays hot and cold food stays cold for 4+ hours, protected by thick CFC-free insulation throughout the unit. No cords or chargers are needed – just place prepared meals inside and go, with a solar digital thermometer to monitor at a glance. This is ideal for transportation and catering locations with limited access to electrical outlets. Rust-proof and dent-resistant, with adjustable stainless steel rails to hold food pans, sheet pans, trays, and large pizza boxes. The smooth menu pocket on the door allows for quick identification, holding an index card or notes from a grease pencil. Switch out the back of the unit quickly for an optional electric hot or cold module to transform the passive Pro Cart Ultra into an active cooling or hot-holding unit.
