Summary
A specialized design for in-cell feeding programs, Separator Trays offer a sanitary solution to serving hot and cold on the same tray. Durable covers maintain temperatures and separate each compartment, while also reducing the risk of spills. Locking ridges on the top of covers and bottom of tray ensure more secure stacking. Clear and translucent tray covers allow for content visibility, improving quality and routing. The Separator’s six compartments include a side utensil holder for expedited service. All Correctional Trays are recommended for use with the 60-Tray Meal Delivery Cart (MDC1411T60), also designed for correctional meal service.
