The PCU800 is Cambro’s most compact Pro Cart Ultra, designed for operations that demand versatility without sacrificing space.
- Dual Compartments: Accommodates up to 8 GN 1/1 pans, 4" (6,5cm) deep across two compartments.
- Flexible Configurations: Available in Passive, Hot/Cold, Hot/Hot, or Cold/Cold setups.
- Rapid Temperature Recovery: Hot modules heat to 165°F in 15 minutes; cold modules cool to 32.5°F efficiently.
- Energy Efficient: Up to 30% more energy-efficient than leading metal cabinets.
- Durable Design: Constructed with CFC-free polyurethane insulation and a tough polyethylene exterior.
