Summary
The Camshelving® GN 1/1 and GN 2/1 Food Pan Trolley represent the evolution of food service transport. Unlike the array of metal trolleys on the market, both aluminum and steel, the Cambro unit is constructed with state-of-the-art composite material. Stronger than steel, but without the failing weld points, rust, and corrosion, our composite trolley performs consistently in the most demanding kitchens. This sleek design presents well front or back of house, carrying standard Gastronorm food pans. Modular component-based construction eases the cost of maintenance, with all parts replaceable. The wide 3" rail spacing offers the greatest versatility and ease of use, with 0.12" pan stops at each end of the rails to provide stability. A fresh, user friendly take on the traditional food pan trolley, the Food Pan Trolley eliminates the noise and wear of metal on metal.

- Half-size trolley holds up to 9 GN 1/1 2 1/2" deep pans
- Full and half-size trolley also carry GN 1/2 and 1/3 pans
- GN 2/1 specifications:
- Full-size trolley holds up to 36 GN 1/1 2 1/2" deep pans
- Half-size trolley holds up to 18 GN 1/1 2 1/2" deep pans
- Total weight capacity:
- 750 lbs. for full size units
- 375 lbs.for half size units
- 100 lbs. per rail set
- Top frame accepts food pans to protect contents below
- Impervious to food acids or harsh chemicals
- Modern aesthetic presents well front of the house
- Ships knock-down to reduce cost and storage
- Bottom rail set holds 6,5 cm pan depth only
