New ProductsTop Rail Mobile Units
Description
The Camshelving® Elements® XTRA Series High Density Top Rail System boosts storage capacity by 30-40% within the same footprint. Designed with a top-mounted track and smooth-glide rollers, it delivers all the benefits of Camshelving® with the added flexibility to install in spaces where floor surfaces are uneven. Ideal for environments where sanitation is a priority, from dry storage to walk-in freezers, this top to bottom rust-free system keeps aisles clear with low-friction casters that minimize floor wear.
Build Your Own System – Mobile Unit
Choose the Mobile Units that will nest in between your two Stationary Units. The quantity of Mobile Units you can add to your system depends on the length of the Top Rail Middle Rail Kit selected for your system. Mobile Unit length must match Stationary Unit length.
- Available Depths: 18" (460 mm), 21" (540 mm), 24" (610 mm)
- Available Lengths: 36” (915 mm), 42” (1070 mm), 48” (1220 mm), 54” (1375 mm), 60” (1525 mm)
- Available Shelf Configurations:
- 4 or 5 Vented Shelves
- 4 or 5 Solid Shelves
- 3 or 4 Vented Shelves + 1 Solid Shelf
- Top Rail Mobile Traverses are unique to the line and feature a wrap-around endpiece design that fully engages with the existing Elements XTRA dovetail and post
- The bottom ends of the Top Rail Mobile Posts feature an open end (vs. a threaded insert) to accommodate the squared stem design of the new Top Rail caster)
Top Rail Mobile Units include: 2 factory assembled mobile post kits, 8 or 10 Top Rail mobile traverses, traverse dovetails, shelf plates, 4 casters, and 4 top roller kits. Mobile units have an overall weight bearing capacity of 900 lbs (evenly distributed), based on caster capacity.
Important: The mobile and stationary units in this system are designed specifically for the High-Density Top Rail line. Existing Elements XTRA products are not compatible or convertible for Top Rail use.
