  • Let's Baked

"GoBoxes!  It keeps our cookies from melting in the summer heat, super lightweight and extremely durable! Side note for the non-believers: My GoBox has been hit with a vehicle at 20+ mph and lived to tell the tale. I’m not sure what more you can ask for!”

Cheyenne Price is the owner of Let's Get Baked, a dessert pop-up based in Iron Station, North Carolina. To keep her treats fresh and stored at the right temperaturs, especially during hot summer events, she relies on the Cam GoBox EPP300. It’s been a total game changer for preventing melting and spoilage at her outdoor pop-ups.

  • Bryant Lake Bowl and Theater

"The [Camshelving Elements XTRA Series] is a lot more sturdy and having the removable plates has made it easier to keep things cleaned. I like that I can just pop off the shelves and keep the floor clean too."

“[The Elevation Wall Shelving] was really easy to put up, it’s adjustable and it just so happened to fit perfectly in that little space we had there.”

Maximizing storage is essential for maintaining an efficient and organized kitchen. At Bryant Lake Bowl and Theater, Chef Michael Lombardo optimized space above their prep sink with our Camshelving Elements Series Wall Shelving, improving organization and streamlining the cleaning process.

  • Zuid-Afrikaans Hospital

"This operation was significantly eased by the use of Cambro equipment.  We utilized UPCH400 front loaders to keep the food hot during transport and Cambro hot holding cabinets (UPCH1600) in the temporary kitchen to ensure that meals brought from the off-site kitchen remained hot until serving time.”

To meet growing demand, Zuid-Afrikaans Hospital expanded its kitchen facilities. During the renovation, Food Service Manager Roel Knoetze and her team relied on our UPCH400 and UPCH1600 units to safely deliver hot meals from an off-site kitchen. These solutions significantly improved operational efficiency and played a crucial role in maintaining patient satisfaction during a challenging transition period.

  • NYC Relief

"When we came upon Cambro products, it was really awesome because now we have…lightweight, durable, stackable, portable containers that we could fill with soup in the morning and it would maintain the heat and keep the heat of the soup all the way until the very end of outreach."

For over 30 years, the NYC Relief Organization has been serving food and beverages to those in need, relying on our Camtainers to support their outdoor volunteer efforts. These insulated containers have enabled the organization to serve hot and cold beverages year-round, including hot chocolate, coffee, water, and lemonade, as well as their signature soup, which remains piping hot and ready to serve to every guest in need

"My favorite feature of [the Pro Cart Ultra Pan Carrier] is the chilled bottom section because with other carts that we have, they don’t have the ability to be controlled with temperature, like the way this one does."

The Neighborhood House Association, a San Diego-based non-profit, has been serving meals to low-income families and individuals in need for over 100 years. To ensure meals are delivered safely and at the proper temperature, NHA relies on our UPCH800. They’re especially big fans of the unit’s ability to transport hot and cold items simultaneously, due to it's separate temperature modules configuration.

  • Mystic Cheese

"That’s where the Cambro [shelving] steps up above all the other brands; it’s made for direct food contact if you need it to.”

"The nice thing is it has five pieces per shelf and you can remove them to clean them individually."

Brian Citivello of Mystic Cheese Co. in Groton, Connecticut, transitioned from wood boards to Camshelving for cheese aging, opting for a safer, non-porous surface that helps prevent bacterial growth. In addition to enhanced food safety, Camshelving offers easy-to-clean surfaces and interchangeable shelves, allowing for flexible configurations to meet any setup or food processing needs.

"The pegboards have really become such a space saver and a tool for organization."

Chef Michael Lombardo enhanced his kitchen organization by adding the Camshelving Pegboard Storage System, providing a convenient way to arrange smaller tools and utensils. He also incorporated our FreshPro Seal Covers, designed with a built-in hole for pegboard hanging. This setup creates a seamless, accessible system that makes it easy to find and grab items when needed.
