A reliable, long-lasting solution for sheet pan transport and holding, the Ultimate Sheet Pan is designed from the same durable, rust proof material as the Elements Series Camshelving. Featuring heat-resistant rails that can accept a sheet pan straight from a 350°F (176˚C) oven, ideal for limited space and high-volume restaurants. Available in three heights, two caster types, and two rail spacing options for a custom fit, holding full size or half size sheet pans or trays. Due to the custom center-stem caster, this rack maneuvers easily around the kitchen and is more stable than traditional metal racks. Every single part can be replaced if damaged, ensuring a lifetime of service without dents, cracks, or missing pieces. The Ultimate Sheet Pan Rack is a whole new way to think about speed racks.
